Вопрос Valentine’s Day: love it or hate it?

I think that Valentine's Day is a holiday that has a lot of sides. In On the one hand on this day peple can show their love to each other and it is great, but inon the other hand it is a very sad day. In the Middle Ages Valentine had become one of the most popular saints in England and France. He fell in love with a young girl who visited him in prison before his death. I agree with ТарасовНикита's opinion this holiday is too commersial. Now people take opportunity of the day to wish "Happy Valentine's Day", they find this day the right time to send love letters and give gifts to beloved.
I disagree with ТарасовНикита's opinion, I think people mustshould love and show their feelings not only on Valentine's Day, but they should't do it not every day. If people take in the custom ,that they give gifts every day, such gifts and love will lose their importantce. And in the end I would like to say that this day should be loved.

     In my opinion St. Valentine's day is a romantic holiday. This holiday it is celebrated by millions of people all over the world. Many people celebrate their love and show that how they care about each other.  I think that this is a good chance to show once again how you love(повторы слов, поэтому лучше использовать express your feelings)to your fathers, mothers, relatives,siblings, friends and teachers.I love this holiday because it is full of love and happiness. 

I think that Valentine's Day is a romantic holiday.  On this day you can  tell about feelings which you have been silentkept in secret for a long time or remind your loved ones about how important they are to you.  The main idea of this holiday is to spread love and happiness around you. On Valentine's Day it is important to show your loved ones how as much as you love them. You can make a romantic dinner, give a gifts or send cards.You can  make a handmade presents, too.But in my opinion sometimes  words can dosay  more than presents. I really like  St.Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day is a very popular holiday. But, who was Saint Valentine? When I asked my parents about him they didn't answer. Now it's more a joke than the real example of love and friendship. There are lots of mysterious legends about this man  but I was attracted with the fact that Valentine actually sent the first «valentine» greeting himself. Valentine fell in love with a girl who visited him in prison on the 14th of February. We can only suggest How happy he was at that moment. So I think we should show our love to each other, use this easy way to express our emotions in  time. St. Valentine's Day is a good opportunity to make happy our parents, siblings, friends, classmates, teachers happy, . Every year I send Valentine cards to them.  I often try to make handwritten notes. It's cheaper And it's a direct expression of my feelings. I think that on this holiday people can say about their feelings. In recent times beloved have been afraid of doing it. So I am fond of St. Valentine's Day because the idea of this holiday is to spread happiness around people.  Our world is so unfair. But who knows, maybe Valentine stories are fiction… in any way we have a nice romantic holiday in the calendar!

As a matter of fact it's difficult to express my feelings to this holiday. Probably because I have never participated in celebrating St. Valentine's Day...  Perhaps I will try to share my opinion about it. I am really suprised that about one billion Valentine's cards are sent each year. I think it is a great opportunity for single people who can send a  card and express their feelings to anyone they love. By the way, I think that the handmade Valentine card is better.  The tradition to give gifts and cards,  send  letters, have a romantic dinner etc. is good. But why do  lovers do it only on Valentine's Day? From my point of view people should  show their love everyday, not just once a year.  That is why maybe I have neutral attitude to this holiday, but perhaps for others this holiday is important.

To be honest, Valentine's Day did not seem to be such an important holiday for me. But when I learned the legends about the origin of this holiday, I became interested.
I consider it was unfair that Valentine was killed. He omnipresently sang lovehelped people.It is believed that he first sent a valentine.But now these valentines are sent all over the world and confess people express  their love.This year I will definitely take part in celebrating it . And I advise everyone who has not celebrated yet to join.

Valentine’sDay is celebrated by millions of people all over the world. On this day I show my love to my relatives, teachers, siblings, friends. I like to spread love and happiness around people. Someone thinks that only adults should celebrate Valentine's Day. Personally I think it is unfair, because regardless of age,  it doesn't matter how  old you are everyone can express their feelings. And St.Valentine's day is a great opportunity to do it. So I really like this holiday. In future when I fall en in love I will always celebrate it.
